Order Processing and Shipping Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please note that tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of the order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date and you have not received tracking information, please reach out to us at support@golfdreamy.com.

Total Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

I. Processing Time

1. Creating a Draft
   After your payment is authorized and verified, we will create a draft design and send it to you via email within 48 business hours. If we need more information, this may take a bit longer.
   You will receive three free revisions of the draft. Should you wish to make significant changes to the original design or require more than three revisions, a $30 fee will apply.

2. Production
   Once you approve the sample design, we will begin production, which typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
   Please note, if we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically proceed to production.

II. Shipping Time

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hanoi, Vietnam. We use popular delivery services and provide tracking numbers for your convenience. Standard shipping takes 4 to 9 business days.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such times, as these situations are beyond our control.

Note: Orders are prepared and shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered business days. Please keep in mind that production and shipping are two separate processes, each with its own timelines.
