Return Policy
By placing an order with GOLFDREAMY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our policies. The following policies apply to all merchandise purchased through our online store at golfdreamy.com.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty due to an error on our part, we offer a return for replacement. Please prepare all relevant evidence (pictures, videos) and proof of purchase and send them to our Customer Support team at support@golfdreamy.com. Once your evidence and return are confirmed, a replacement will be processed immediately.
Return Policy
You are eligible for an exchange of our product within 7 days from the actual delivery date if the item does not match the description on our website, golfdreamy.com.
The items that qualify for return must meet the following criteria:
- Non-personalized item
- Defective and purchased at full price
- Proof of purchase (receipt, image of the product, packaging box, and proof of delivery, if applicable) must be provided
- Must be returned in its original, intact condition and packaging
Please note that discount coupons used in the purchase of the returned items cannot be reimbursed.
Replacement Policy
We are happy to replace incorrect or damaged products. You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a replacement. Please inspect your product closely upon arrival, as we cannot accept replacement requests after this time frame.
To submit your replacement request, please:
- Send us a video or at least 3 high-resolution pictures from different angles that clearly show the fault of the item(s). The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, displaying the tag and error.
- Email your replacement request to our customer service team at support@golfdreamy.com, including a shipping label and valid proof. Please also provide your order number/transaction ID/invoice ID for a quicker resolution.
Resolution may take up to 3 business days, and we appreciate your patience as our customer service agent resolves the issue. Once the proof is approved, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to you and arrange for the return of the incorrect or damaged item.
